We have installed the floodlight and camera but can't connect to Nest app on my phone (flood light works fine, camera light on on). I already tried all the suggestions listed on the feedback (turning unit off and on, turning airplane mode on and off, even bought a Netgear range extender for the internet connection itself). It just won't connect. Should I return the product? Can a tech come and figure this out?

Google Nest's 2nd gen cameras released starting in Sept. 2021 (the floodlight camera, battery camera, battery doorbell, and 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell) get installed in the Google Home app and can be accessed on the home.google.com website, but cannot be installed in the Google Nest app or accessed from the home.nest.com website.
Because of this 2-app Google Nest design decision, we've been using 2 apps for our Google Nest cameras and doorbells since adding a battery camera in Sept. 2021.

You said your floodlight camera would not connect to the Google Nest app on your phone. That's because it CANNOT connect to the Google Nest app. It can ONLY be installed in and connect to the Google Home app (and the home.google.com website).
