My battery life went down and I haven't been able to reconnect to the Nest or my google account. Anyone else had this problem if so what did you do to correct it.

Yes..i am experiencing the same problem. The battery camera is hardwired too but drains battery. Few days ago it said battery empty. Tried charging it and nothing would happen. Eventually done a hard reset and reconnected it after leaving it on charge for a few hours. Waiting on a replacement but looks like it’s just a poorly designed camera…
