My new Google NEST Camera will not show up on the NEST App, if this is branded as a NEST product it should be able to be viewed on the NEST App. I can view it on Google Home but that App is awful compared to the NEST App. Please provide a fix for my new "NEST" product... there is a reason they named their products NEST.

Agreed! I am in the same boat with my new cams that I thought were “Nest” cameras.

I really do not want the **bleep** Google Badges or Kudos... just want my NEST device to work on my NEST app!

Lots of us customers have discovered that the new Google "Nest" cameras and doorbells released in 2021 work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.
Google's 2-app approach is intentional, as laid out in this Sept. 29, 2021 blog post in this forum--along with significant customer reaction. There has been no update from Google since:

Yes and everywhere I've looked they refuse to actually offer us any real feedback or advice, just instructions on how to access the home app.
Google, GIVE US A DATE when will we have access to these expensive cameras on your CHROME BROWSER... its insane that this functionality has been cut off, I did not pay for this premium product to watch this large resolution on my tiny phone.
I bought the latest nest cam instead of the old one not realising it would be worse for more money. What a waste, I feel like this is could be a legitimate case with the consumer complaints commission. Considering if you own the old version (like I do) you expect the newer one would have at minimum the same capability plus more, as it is newer and more expensive.

I totally agree.
I've been sharing my feedback and lousy experience on this forum. I got an email today from google that said I violated their guidelines because I suggested their rep take some accountability for why the advertised features do not work. if anyone knows an attorney that can do a class action, I would totally be in.

They've been promising a new web based Home app since last summer. I'd like to believe that it will have the same features, like scrolling and making clips, but the silence from Google is really disappointing.
