Google Nest Doorbell. No live video option, home app claims not mounted.

So I Just charged this, and put it outside to test to see whether or not it sees the cat. However, once it completes installation, it turns off.  And I'm getting that "The device is not mounted".

I added and removed the device and im getting the video while setting up, but once I go into the home app again it just says that the device is not mounted.

Anyone got an idea what is going on?

Hi DTHP1,

Thanks for posting here in the Community. Let's see what we can do here. To confirm, what is the option you selected when the app asked you "What will you use to mount your Nest Camera?" during set up. What is the battery percentage of your Nest Camera after you charge it? What is the light status of your Nest Camera? Try restarting it.
