Google Nest Doorbell (battery) doesn't chime indoors

I recently installed a new modem and had to reset all of my devices. Previously, the Google Nest Doorbell (battery) was able to chime on my electric chime indoors. I have set up the doorbell 5 times so far. The last attempt allowed a single chime on the electric chime. Every attempt has left me with the settings for this to be grayed out in the app. I have played with the settings during setup, trying with the battery as the power source as well as wired (which is the intended source of power). Has anyone encountered this and found a solution? Thanks!

I still need help. I went through the troubleshooting guide multiple times before coming here. The doorbell worked perfectly until I got a new modem. The only difference is I had to set it up again. Now the features are grayed out to set it how it was.

Hey there,

New modem can be hard because you will probably want to Factory Reset the cam again and get it set up on the new internet. But your current Home is connected to the old internet. You most likely should reset everything and start from scratch again.

Best regards,

Brad
