My internet provider changed my internet name and password. I cannot get my Google doorbell to factory reset so I can connect it to the new internet name. Every time I perform the rest ritual (probably 10 times at his point), I briefly get a blinking white light and then the light goes solid green. I removed the doorbell from Google Home prior to attempting the reset. I have attempted the reset with the doorbell connected to power and with it disconnected.

That sounds like you are only getting a Restart. Are you pressing the reset button for at least 12 seconds as documented here?

I have pressed it for as long as 30 seconds with the same result.

You could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
