I was just transitioned from a trial next aware version to a paid membership; however, I am now noticing that all of my video history is gone/missing. Is there any way to recover this history?

Hi KM5,  I'm an end user like you.  If you get the subscription run out and then renewed it afterward then it then your video history is gone forever.  Google will not get it back.   Other people have asked this question.  However if you renews before it expired then it should all be there.

I'm sorry to hear that. I know how you feel about this as we wanna access our video recording anytime. When you're on a 30 day free trial and you signed up for the paid Nest Aware subscription the event recording within the trial will be deleted. But moving forward your camera record and store 30 days of events if you signed up for the Nest Aware base plan.
