Hi, like so many on these forums I have a Hello doorbell that the coating is peeling off of, just outside the warranty period.
I am really disappointed in Google, for anyone considering buying one don't.
They are not cheap & they are not fit for purpose.
I don't live near the coast or anything & there is a small overhang above the front door to provide some protection from the elements.
I explained I am a very good Google customer with 2 Pixel 5s, 3 Nest Minis, a Home, Nest Max & a TV with the Google OS.
They said they could not replace it as it was outside the warranty period but looking on these forums they have replaced them for so many others (outside of the warranty period).
I was very polite & explained all of the above.
Why have they chosen not to help me???
