Hi everyone,
After 2 years of enjoying my Google Nest Hello product, I suddenly experiencing problems.
Seems like the device loses his power after 3-5 seconds when turning on. Just linked the device to a usb cable to check if it has something to do with my doorbel cabling or transformator. This didn’t solved the problem.
I created a video of it. You can watch it via this link: https://youtu.be/uFgPcEgP81Y
Do someone has any idea how to solve this? Please let me know.

That is strange, it looks like it just powers off. I'm not trying to get you to spend more money, but I just replaced my Nest Hello with the new wired Nest Doorbell (Gen2), and I actually like it better that the Hello. I have the Nest aware subscription, and it tells me not only when a package is left, but also notifies me when the package has been picked up! I wasn't expecting that. Plus, I like the viewing angle better. The Nest Hello was the last item I had on the old Nest app, so I am now fully Google Home now (which is better for me). Plus, the doorbell is on sale in the US for Black Friday. I think it would be worth the replacement.
