Google Nest Not Working

We’ve had our Google Nest indoor camera since March. We purchased it from Walmart. It is not working, and we’ve tried factory resetting it as well as deleting and downloading the Nest app multiple times with no luck. I need to exchange it. Even though I have the receipt, Walmart said to contact Google for an exchange. I can’t find an email, chat feature, or phone to contact a human and expedite this process. HELP!
