Google Nest Wired Camera (2nd generation) won't connect

I recently moved and am in the process of setting up all my Google Home devices again. I had connected this camera successfully and it worked for several days. All of a sudden yesterday, it said device offline and would not come online. I clicked retry several times to no avail. I tried unplugging it for an extended period, then plugging it back in. No luck. I tried resetting my router and my phone. No luck. I then deleted the camera from my Google Home app and factory reset the camera. Ever since then, it gets all the way to the end of set up where it says "Finishing up. This may take a while." Then after several minutes, it says "There was a problem communicating with Google, please try again." I have factory reset this camera a dozen or more times and I am at my wit's end with it.

How do I get this to connect?

You could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
