Google Nest doorbell (battery) wont stream in Samsung Family Hub

Hello Experts,

my google nest doorbell camera does not stream in my samsung Family Hub. 
I can see there is connectivity in smartthings app with nest doorbell, but it does not work.

Is this only for me or a known issue?

please help.
