Contacted support a month ago, beginning of Nov. I’ve spent a good 4 hours online with them (reset this, reset that, turn on/off, sent screenshots and picture's, blah, blah). The issue is simple: I have a blurry spot in the middle of my nest doorbell (battery), basically making it useless. Solution: Just send me warranty replacement link. What is the problem Google? I just get the runaround. Emails say they will escalate and get back to me. They don’t. Online chat says they are sorry, can’t help me, wait for email. What is the problem ?? [1-4010000034963]

Nest online help is useless and frustrating. There are no real people involved, only computers that give you the run-around. I have gone back to my old thermostat.
