Google doorbell chiming

My wired nest doorbell has all of a sudden quit chiming. It is toggled on in the App. It chimes in the app, but when it does chime in the app, it will not chime inside the house and vice versa. When it chimes inside the house, it will not chime on the app. Any help is appreciated.

• Do you see any error codes or messages on the app?
• When did the issue first occur?
• Has there been any recent power outage in the area?
