Google doorbell mount / pin

I took my Google doorbell off as normal last night, charged it. Went to put it back on this morning and noticed the pin at the top is stuck in.

Is there a way to get it back out without damaging things?

What can I do?

I forgot to mention, that because the pin is stuck in. I can't remount the doorbell without it just falling off.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how long do you have your Nest Doorbell? Were you able to fit the hex key on the hex screw? Please share a photo of the hex screw while it's stuck and we'll check our options here.
