Google doorbell no longer allows me to download video clips

I am unable to download video clips. I am using Android. All the videos are different

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, what app are you using to download your video clips? You can only download video clips from detected events in the video history. You cannot download video clips from footage with no activity. The maximum clip length setting for your Nest Camera or Nest Doorbell will affect how long video clips can be. In case you're using the Google Home app, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. Tap Favorites or Devices .
3. Select your camera.
4. Scroll to an event in your camera’s video history timeline. You can also tap Event history for a list of events.
5. Choose the event you want, then tap Controls .
6. Tap Save clip to save the video clip to your phone. From there, you can share the video clip via email or other apps.
