I installed my Google doorbell. It was functioning great and loved everything about it. But several weeks into having it installed, we shut our front door and somehow the doorbell popped off it’s mount resulting in the lens shattering. Upon doing some research it seems that this is a fairly common issue. Any resolutions out there?

If it is still in the 1-year warranty period there is a good chance Google will help you. But you will have to open an official support ticket to get the ball rolling. Here is the link:
