1 question, when the gest comes and rings, inside the house the speakers(google home mini etc) will announce theat action?

If you enable "Visitor notifications" for your Google Nest doorbell, you should get visitor announcements on your Nest Hubs, Nest Minis, and other Google speakers when the doorbell is pressed.
