Google down or crappy software update?

Looking for some help!!  Over the last 3weeks all of my google products have gone to crap. My mesh sytem is constantly off line and dropping connection points ad well as all of my cameras have stopped working properly.  Does anyone have this issue or has my 2year google products crapped the bed for good??

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that both your mesh system and your cameras are experiencing outages. I understand how frustrating it could be when all the Google products don't work as expected. Help's here.

 

Please follow this good article to check and fix your Google Nest Wifi or Google Wifi network. There are a few troubleshooting steps depending on your Nest WiFi devices. Also, I just want to confirm which Nest cameras you have to help you troubleshoot them.

I currently have (2) indoor wired google cameras (1) nest indoor wired camera and (1) exterior nest wired camera. My hole google system setup took a crap at the same time.

None of these helped fix the problem. I have even tried removing and readding the camers back to my system. I can get them all added back and on the network no problem. But I still can not view live video or see history.

Since you have already tried some troubleshooting steps, let me confirm some information to find another way we can solve this. Can you please help me answer the next questions?

 

  • Is your mesh system currently working smoothly, or is it still dropping connections?
  • When trying to view live video, are you receiving any error messages?
  • What are your general download and upload speeds, especially near the location of your cameras?
  • Are you receiving any notifications that the cameras are offline?
  • What color LED light do you see on the cameras when they're experiencing connection drops?

My mesh system has been holding steady for the last couple of days. 

When trying to view live video just says live video unavailable. 

Not sure on speeds but all locations show as full connection to mesh points. 

Yes I get notifications that the camera is offline.

Light on the camera shows that it is recording like normal at all times.
