Google nest 2ndGen camera indoor/wired

I have two cameras, i change my internet provider.New network name new password. Cameras still streaming ( green light on it) As far as I knew, I did removed the cameras from my account. ( I can’t see them on the Google home app).. When i tried add to my account ..it says.. Is connected the another account… 😞 My old account is disconnected.) What should I do? Since the cameras not apiaries on the app.. I can’t remove ..but I can’t add it either.. Is there any solution?

Hi there, 

I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having these troubles. I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. You'll need the QR code for each device in order to add them back into your account, or have access to your original account, so you can remove them properly. As far as I am aware, there is no way around this process.
