Google nest battery, saying its unmounted when it’s not.

Hi, 

I have taken my nest camera down to charge, however when I have remounted it, it is not accepting that it is mounted so won’t let me view the camera. 
I have taken it down to charge and remounted numerous times with not issue.
it’s mounted on a google nest magnet mount.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? How long did you charge it? Try restarting it by pressing the small button located at the back of the camera for 5 seconds. Let us know how it goes.

I also have this problem. reset doesn't seem to work. is there a hardware issue?
