Hi All.
I'm trying to set up my google nest doorbell (battery). I've plugged the doorbell in to charge as instructed during set up however the light stays white (pulsing) and does not turn blue. I've tried the factory reset - inserting and holding a pin into the back reset hole for 15 seconds and more, however the device won't reset (no white or yellow light appears).
Any ideas on what else I can try?

This Google Nest Help page on installing the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) says, under "Charge the doorbell be for installation":
"Use the included USB cable to fully charge your doorbell for battery-powered installation. Keep it plugged in during setup so that it can connect to the app and the Wi-Fi network."
"The status light will pulse white when your doorbell is charging, and will appear solid white when it’s completely charged."

Hey folks,
Thanks for answering, MplsCustomer.
chester08, do you still need help with this? If yes, how long did you have it connected to a power source to charge? It takes approximately five hours to fully charge the battery of your Nest Hello doorbell (battery) using a compatible 7.5W AC adapter (sold separately).
Best,
Melba
