This is really more of a Google Home issue. I broke my iPhone 12 and got a new one. Transferred all the data just fine and google home worked perfectly. All my devices were there. Then I upgraded to the new iPhone 13 but when I opened up Google Home none of my devices were there. I had about 10 cameras and a doorbell. All gone. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Still nothing. It tried to walk me through setting up a new device. I already did all this and put the settings in for all the cameras including zones etc. Google Home had the info of my two homes saved. But all the devices in both homes are gone. Do I have to redo all this every time I get a new phone???? What the hell happened?

Just a guess but it sounds like you might be logging into the Google Home app with the wrong account. Do you have more than one gmail account?

Oh my dear lord. You are totally right. I am ashamed. Thank you so much. I was about to re-add all my cameras to another account lol. Normally I'm not this stupid. Thank you.

Don't worry, This happens to a lot of people. Tech in today's world is spiraling down a road of being overwhelming. Glad to hear it was something simple as re-adding everything would have been a lot to go thru.
