Hello My door bell and camara need to be reset with this new mail account

my camara, and door bell it's okay. I need assistance with the resetting of both with the new Gmail  account.

Since Google Nest has no process for moving cameras and doorbells to a new account, you'll need to remove them from the Google Nest app while still on the old account, perform a factory reset (for some cameras, the removal is the only way to perform a factory reset: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162 ), and then reinstall them in the Google Nest app.  If you have a Nest Aware subscription, you will lose your video history.  If you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, I don't know whether you'll be able to keep it.
