My image for my Google hello doorbell was perfect. It's now changed and the default I can no longer see faces or everything in my front. I have no zones set and it's limited to what I see. How has this changed.

Do you have a Google Nest Hello Doorbell? (Your post says "Nest Doorbell (wired Gen2)".) Are you talking about the view on your camera being zoomed in? If so, you may have "Enhance" turned on. You can turn it off:

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Were there changes made with the setup, settings, and/or app of the Nest camera? Did the camera work when it was first installed? If yes, how long has it been since installation? Could you send us a screenshot of what's happening so I can take a closer look? Also, restarting the camera might do the trick. Learn more here.

It was installed for a week then the image changes. I have turned the bell off and even reset it by pressing the reset button on the back. The image was fine for a week and then all of a sudden the area changed.
