Help audio issues intermittently

I can see others have had similar issues it’s a battery doorbell …. The audio initially was Chrystal clear your could hear the birds sing … now within a few days there’s just an annoying hiss/buzz on the recorded and live audio  and intermittently there is no audio recorded within event history I’ve done a reset made no difference

My doorbell audio randomly started buzzing and now it won’t stop. Every recording, and live view has an overwhelming buzzing noise. I’ve reset it, power cycled it, and disabled/enabled the mic.

 

can anyone offer any reason or help I have cameras but they aren’t having any issue so can’t be Wi-Fi
