Help on Nest Hello - Too dark

SkyviewTim
Community Member

I installed the next hello doorbell, battery version, and it is too dark to see any faces.  The porch and door are covered resulting in a shadowed area, with the yard in full sun.  The camera exposes perfectly for the yard in the distance but NOT for the doorbell area.  This is a deal breaker if I can see who is at the door, thus I need the solution to fix.

Thanks.

No problem not solved at all.  Yes restarted.  It needs adjustment for light and dark.
