Hello. I have several nest products and was told they will no longer be supported after April 8, 2024. I was supposed to get an email with a number so I could get an ADT self set up or $200 worth of products in the Google store but I never got the email. Can the email be resent? Can I speak with an actual person because I have other questions.? This is ludicrous that there is no phone number especially being you are making such a big change.

I agree. I have four nest cameras, a nest thermostat, door lock, home hub and three minis and I don’t know if any of them will be connected to the internet as of April 2024. I didn’t get an email or letter either. I want some sort of reimbursement as we kind of need these products to connect to the internet if they are going to work. Maybe send us all new cameras etc. and no one to talk to. I’m in Canada.

And, just to add, I don’t know how much the nest cameras are anywhere else, but here they are $380 each. So to offer each affected customer a $200 google voucher is very unprofessional. I want ALL my cameras, locks, and affected products replaced with working items.

Here's the update for Nest Secure, Dropcam, and Works with Nest Users and Developers.

The announcement only affects Dropcam, Dropcam Pro, Nest Secure, and Works with Nest. It doesn’t affect other Nest Cam models. If you need help determining if the camera you own is a Dropcam or Dropcam Pro, please refer to this support article.
