I am looking to purchase a full household exterior security system.
This system will be wired and comprise of a camera front and rear, plus 1 in the side passage and possibly 1 interior to cover the lounge and I have a few questions.
My intention is to split the purchase in 2, then I can take some advantage from some of the Google credit that these purchases will attract. Is this possible on products that are already discounted ?
Any help or advice would gratefully appreciated.

This is the package currently under consideration and before discounts, applied credits and subscription yet to be determined. Split over 2 purchases so I can apply some of the Store credit they should attract.

Hi Kippax, I'm an end user like you. I have had the Google Nest Gen1 products for years working with the original NEST APP and I'm very pleased. I also have the Nest Aware Plus subscription because of the advantages of the 24/7 recording. I'm not so much a fan of the newer nest Gen 2 cameras because they ONLY work with the Google Home app which is very lacking n features compared to the NEST app. Also, with the Gen 2 cameras when using a computer browser you can ONLY look at the live images. You can't see the recorded events or the 24/7 footage. There are a number of other limitations as well. For example you can only Export a recorded clip if it actually recorded. There is no way to make a stand-alone clip from the 24/7 footage.
You may want to consider the EUFY line of cameras. Especially the new S330 (Professional). These cameras record 24/7 and the video is stored on a base station in your home so there is no subscription needed. The only reason I have not moved to these is because once again viewing from a browser is limited to only LIVE images.
Hope this helps.

Cheers for the info, certainly a product worthy of consideration, but other than the fact that it doesn't require a sub., there is little to make me choose it over the Google infrastructure that I am already invested in.
Happier re. the cloud storage as well, as there is no risk of theft.

Hi everyone,
@Kippax, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. How's it going? All the Nest devices from the photo are 2nd gen and they can only be controlled or navigated through the Google Home app. Go to https://goo.gle/2NXcnMq and search for Nest Aware and make sure you're using your same email address to manage your subscription. Let us know if you have additional questions.
I appreciate your response, mdr2.
Regards,
Emerson
