I setup my new Nest Camera (battery) at home first, turned it off, then relocated it to the campground. Now I am unable to change Wi-Fi settings to use it here at the campground. Google Home app keeps looking for a Nest assisting device. There is no Nest assisting device, we’re at a campground.
How can I change the Wi-Fi settings on the camera without another Nest assisting device?
I have the Nest Camera (battery), Starlink internet Wi-Fi (connected to the internet) and an iPhone in the middle of nowhere. One of the main features of the Nest battery cam is the ability to use it in remote locations, but I can’t seem to get it working away from home.
Battery is fully charged. I tried removing the camera from Home app, pushed the factory reset button on the back of the camera, light flashes, still unable to setup the camera or connect to Wi-Fi.
Please help.

I think you'll need to unstall and reinstall. They need to work on this as well.

Removed Device within Google Home app, clicked the (+), then Create New Home, then Setup up device. Now the camera works! It connected to Wi-Fi, but now all my other 7 devices don’t show up in the same place, and the Google Home app is prompting to setup a new Nest Aware account even though I already pay for Nest Aware.
One of my other devices is an older Nest Cam, which is out here in the same location and shows up in Google Home app with the rest of my connected devices (thermostat, speaker, older Nest cameras). But the new Nest Cam (battery) is now in a separate new home by itself, one device, not connected to my other devices within Google Home app.
I understand the new Nest Cam (battery) does not work with the old Nest app, and the is not what I am talking about. I was pleased to see all my devices, including both old and new Nest Cameras on the same screen within the Google Home app when I first set it up inside my house.
Now that I move the Nest Cam (battery) outside on a different Wi-Fi network, the Google Nest Cam (battery) is on an island by itself. It is within the Google Home app, on it’s own new home screen by itself, while all my other cameras are under “Cameras” on the original home screen also within the Google Home app.
Why can’t I change the Wi-Fi settings without creating a completely new home account? I want to see all my cameras on one screen.
I am unable to change the Wi-Fi settings of the Nest Cam (battery) without creating a new separate Home account.
Am I missing something here?

Hi there, E1.
I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue with your new Nest Hello Battery doorbell. I would love to look into this further for you and help find a solution. Looking into the options here, the best option would be for you to remove the device, and add it back in once you are in range of the new wifi. If needs be, Factory Reset the camera. You can learn how to do that here. Please let me know how else I can assist you.
Best Regards,
Brad.
