for legal reasons o need access further back in my footage - is there a way to pay to get that?

I am sorry to hear that you find yourself in a situation that you require that footage, I hope you and your close ones are okay! I would love to look into this further for you. However, I do have to unfortunately tell you that unless you have a Nest Aware subscription, you only get to view footage for 3 hours before it goes away. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe, and here is a link on how to manage your subscription.

My current subscription is for 24/7 for 60 days.. can I go further back??

60 days is the maximum. Cannot access that 61st day.
