I updated my home Wi-Fi environment, so I also updated my Google Home settings. I was able to update everything else just fine, but only my rechargeable doorbell won't update. My doorbell is fully charged. I've tried to get the home app to recognize it. I repeated the steps as indicated by the app, but failed. I also tried to do a factory reset by using a thin pin and pressing the reset button for a long time, but nothing happened. Please help me.
