How do I register Nest Cam Battery with an existing Nest Aware subscription?

The new Nest Cam (Battery) cameras show up in my Android Google Home but does not show up in Nest App (unlike other cameras like Nest IQ Outdoor, say). Also, I don't see new cameras at home.nest.com.
