Thanks @MplsCustomer for the help! It seems many people have difficulty using the Contact Us form to reach Google Nest Support. Here's some helpful information:

Google Nest Support does not call people from this forum, and they actually do not want us to post phone numbers.

Use the link in my earlier reply to initiate a phone call with Support.

@KenMarth, to get in touch with the support team, visit our Contact Us page and follow the prompts until you reach Contact Options. Then select “Get a Call” or “Chat”.

I don't need Nest tech support team to call me. I NEED to call THEM. However, the tel. number they have listed and I have used before - 855-469-6378is NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I just wanted to call and speak with someone to get some info on the outdoor camera before ordering it.  No contact TELEPHONE # to call them. I simply will NOT buy the NEST camera.

Unfortunately, you cannot just call Google Nest Support; they don't publish a support number. You have to use the "Contact Us" link to request a callback. Depending on your locale, you can often get a callback in less than a minute.

Where do I find my billing history for nest camera

If you go to the Subscription Management page below, click on your Nest Aware subscription, and then click "View payment history", you'll see your payments for the last 3 years, and if you then click "View transactions", you'll see older history as well:

You have to do this to contact Support:

2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

As has been posted repeatedly on this thread, you have to do this to talk to Support; Google Nest does not provide any other way:
