Hello, I've had my Nest Hello for over three years. It's been great. Then this weekend it died. There is power to the wires. I've had it for three years so I don't think it's a voltage issue. I tried reseting it but that didn't revive it. Do I need a new one? If it only lasts three years should I try a Ring? What's a reasonable life for a Nest Hello? Thank you

The wired Nest Hello has an internal non-user serviceable battery (at least not easily serviceable) that will eventually get weak and lose its ability to hold a constant charge. The internal LiPo battery probably has a lifespan of about 2-3 years. It's becoming more and more of an issue for longtime Nest Hello users. You can find more info in the following thread:
