How to install video doorbell without six digit code or serial number?

I cannot access the back of the doorbell for the six digit code.  I also do not have the serial number.  I ordered this product directly from Nest.  How can I get help?

You have to have a serial code on the box, or a qr code on the inside of the camera, or backside of the base. It's gotta be there. There is no way for Support to search your product if we do not have a serial number or QR code.

Brad.

You need the code on the back. There’s no way around it. What is preventing you from removing the doorbell from the wall plate?

The person who installed it did so as the house was built.  It is not attached to a wall plate, but part of the

house.  Isn't there a way for Nest to know which one they sold me?  If there was a warranty thing I would have filled that out.
