Hello Community,
I have installed a Next Hello doorbell which is wired and connected to a chime. Whenever someone presses the doorbell its rings the chime and announce on the Google Mini. I and my wife both are using the Samsung S21 Android phone.
Whenever a visitor is pressing the bell and we are starting to talk from our phone, the visitor is getting a feedback sound which he/she is saying through the doorbell.
I had restarted the doorbell and tested the same to understand the issue. Here is what we (me and my wife) have done to carry out the test.
Me: Press the doorbell
Wife: Got notification on the mobile and responded via Nest app saying "Who is this?"
Me: I said, "Hello How are you?"
Wife: "I am fine"
When I said "Hello how are you?" the doorbell repeated the same as feedback and then I can hear her saying "I am fine". I believe it's a loop of audio feedback and it's very annoying.
How do I stop the audio feedback while speaking through the doorbell?
Thanks,
Suvendu

Hello, just following up on the issue.
I contacted the NEST support team and raised the issue. As requested by them I had restarted, reset the doorbell, and finally replaced the doorbell as well. The support team sent me a replacement.
SR Numbers:

3-############2219
7-############2170
However, everything went in vain as the replacement doorbell was also having the same audio feedback issue.
Please refer to the video links for the issues. In these videos, you can hear the audio feedback while I am talking. The other voice is my wife and she is using her mobile to speak to me.

Can anyone have any idea on this issue? How do I resolve it?
Thanks,
Suvendu

I am sorry. Cant you read the post and responses. Who has resolved the issue? Everyone is complaining about the same issue. Use your brain. Don't be dumbo.

Please be respectful. I would suggest that you check out our Community Guidelines at the bottom of this thread/page. I am not stating the issue is resolved, I am asking if you still need assistance.
It seems like you still need assistance. However, you need to contact support if you are having issues with your replacements. This issue is prevalent with Samsung devices from what I have seen. I have seen success with customers Factory Resetting their device, I am sure you have tried that but that is the only thing that works for some. This is a known bug. I cannot provide you any form of ETA.
Best regards,
Brad.
