How to turn off idle mode

Unfortunately, the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) is always in "Idle" mode (unless you view the camera and select a "Live" view or it wakes up and records an event) in order to conserve the battery. And it's always running off of the battery, even when it is wired.  (When it is wired, it trickle charges the battery: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/11830989?hl=en.)

Hi folks,

I just wanted to jump in real fast to see if you saw MplsCustomer's reply and to see if you still needed some help on this or if you were able to get it sorted out. If you are still needing some help, just let us know and we'll be happy to continue helping.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.

Thanks,

JT
