Can't you just log into the Google Nest app or the Google Home app on your new phone with the same credentials (username and password) that you were using on your old phone?

Thanks for posting in our Community. You can delete your Google Nest camera or doorbell’s entire video history at any time. This will also delete any photo snapshots in the video history. Deleted video history and snapshots are unrecoverable.
