I can't access my Nest Doorbell (battery) from my Nest Hub. Both are on the same Home account.

I have tried looking for settings that would allow it but it's like the hub doesn't recognise that a doorbell is connected to the account. The doorbell works fine with my phone but I don't get notifications/video on the hub.

Hi there, 

 

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I have seen some reported issues with connecting your Nest Hello doorbell to the Hub Max, or other speaker/displays we gave. I would restart both devices, mess with the settings again and see if you are able to set it up. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
