Hi,
I just switched from Nest Aware subscription to Nest Aware Plus service for my Nest indoor cameras (1st generation) last week but could not see the video over 3-hours old. What is going on?

Is your Nest Aware Plus subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras?
Is your Nest Account migrated to a Google Account? That is, are you logging onto the Google Nest app with your Google Account?
If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and click on your Nest Aware subscription, it will show your Google Nest "home/structure".
Note that video history begins with when you purchase your subscription.

Yes, I am logging onto the Google Nest app with my Google Account. I have two Google Home accounts, somehow the Nest Aware Plus subscription went to the account that does not have any camera. How can I move the subscription to the account that has cameras?

I don't think you can transfer a Nest Aware subscription from one Google Account to another Google Account.
