I have a Nest Aware subscription through September, but I changed my WiFi password and reset my Google Nest doorbell (2nd Gen wired), and now my Home app is saying that I only have 3 hour viewing history.

I'm supposed to have 30 days of viewing history through September.   Help!

After reinstalling your doorbell, did you go back into Settings | Video history for your doorbell in the Google Home app and select your Nest Aware subscription?

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand that, when you added the Nest doorbell (2nd Gen wired) back, it only lets you view 3H of video history. I'm happy to help to you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Did you remove the home structure? 
  • When and where did you purchase the Nest aware subscription?
  • Are you using the same email address where the doorbell was attached?
  • Do you have more home structures?
