I lost atop my cameras feed to my phone

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Would you please clarify how you have lost all of your cameras?

• New Phone?
• Did you get a new email that was associated with your account?
• Did you lose power?
• Did someone steal your cameras?

I didn’t do anything still have cameras and same phone. My wife’s phone still gets live feed and I’m the main person
