There is no good process for, in effect, changing ownership of your cameras without first removing them from the Google Nest app or the Google Home app and then doing a factory reset. You're bypassing the security designed to protect ownership of your devices.
You could try doing a factory reset on each camera (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162), but some older cameras don't have a factory reset pin and can only be factory reset by removing them from the Google Nest app. And sometimes, with the newer cameras, doing a factory reset without first removing them from the Google Home app still does not allow them to be re-installed.
Some posts have suggested waiting until the end of your Nest Aware subscription cycle (30 days or 60 days, depending on the subscription) before again attempting a re-install. Other posts have suggested turning the cameras off for at least 48 hours before attempting a re-install.
Are you able to review your past received emails where the sender was "Nest", or your Google Nest "home/structure", or "Nest Support", or "Google Nest" to determine the email account you used for Google Nest, so you could then attempt a password reset?

If you know your email account but cannot remember the password, see this topic:

Hi everyone,
@drianguerra07, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. How's it going? Were you able to follow the steps suggested above? Which Nest Camera do you have? Have you tried clicking/tapping the "Forgot Password" option from the Nest app? Let us know your update here.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
