I paid $80 for a renewal but never got renewed.

  • Nest autorenewed my cam and doorbell subscription taking $80 out of my account but never restarted my service. No matter what I've done or who I've talked with nothing works. I can't even get my money back... What a ripoff. What's more is I don't know how to prevent them from attempting to remove/steal  another $80 from my account for another renewal.

If you go to your camera and doorbell in the Google Nest app and go to Settings | Nest Aware, does it show your subscription?

If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions), does it show your subscription as active? If you click on your subscription, is it for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera and doorbell?
