IMPORTANT UPDATE Nest Door bell and Yale lock

Will be really great if when some ring the nest door belt, we are able to unlock a yale lock on the same screen , without having to go back in the app then pressing the unlock . 
this are a really expensive combo not to have this features. 

Every time i want to open my front door so people can leave packages, i have to go back in the app and it takes time and sometimes it freezes . 
there are othet set like wyze, etc were you can unlock the door on the same screen

• Do you still need help with this issue?

• What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far? 

• Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?

• If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’

I read your issue you are having and this is not a possibility. I can submit it as a feature request for you if you wish. As for the freezing issue, I would suggest you restart or reset your lock, reset your doorbell and all devices and see if that fixes the issue. Please let me know if you still need further assistance with this issue.
