Iandlord with nest doorbell at property

I just rented out my condo for the next 9 months and I have a wired Google doorbell with camera for this unit in my Google Home. The property manager asked that I go into the Nest app, click the gear icon, click on Camera, then click Remove Camera. I get a confirmation message that camera will no longer be available on my account and video history will be deleted.  Is that it? Will this action allow the tenant to setup the doorbell on her phone? Or does there also have to be a factory reset performed on the doorbell itself?

It seems you have a 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell, which is installed in the Google Nest app.

Google Nest's online help says you should remove the doorbell from the Google Nest App and then perform a factory reset:

(We have Google Nest Hello Doorbells, but we've never had to leave them for another owner or tenant.)
