I have several Nest Cameras, 2 internal 2 external plus Door bell. The issue I have is with at least one internal camera turning itself off most days for no reason when it should be on 24/7. I have removed the Home/Assist and any schedule for this Camera but it still decides to turn off either as if it was on a schedule or the absence of my phone (Home/Away Assist). Is this a bug? I have also found Home/Away Assist unreliable as often I return and the cameras don’t react. Nest/Google considering how long I have these systems are getting worse not better. May consider moving to Apple secure video if Google don’t up their game. I have 2 sites and pay good money for Nest Aware/Recording…. - P.S. Google Home still doesn’t cut it for Nest Cameras as there is no srubbing/playback of 24/7 recordings only Events. Prefer Nest APP when it works but has it has been getting worse. Blue spinning circles etc. My BT Broadband connection is good with 80/20 Mbps regularly providing 80-90% of that consistently.

Hey there,
I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it.
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad
