My indoor and outdoor Camera's no longer appear in my Nest app or google home app. The home screen is blank with a button to + product. When I tried to connect them using the QR code, it states the cameras are already associated with an account--but that account should be mine. Using the reset button has not helped. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
