Indoor chime for Google Nest Doorbell

Hi all, 

I have a google nest doorbell which works great on my phone but I have no indoor chime. Are there any compatible speakers with the Nest doorbell? I don't particularly want Alexa, just a cheap indoor chime

You can get a Nest Mini (https://store.google.com/product/google_nest_mini) and turn on the "Visitor announcements" option (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451).

thanks, this is still quite expensive for a chime. Would an echo dot work?

I don't know. But the Echo Dot is the same price.
